Every entry is a pass under the one-vehicle OR cycling rule. Times are current map estimates, not a promise for a future morning rush hour. For entries marked *, the total is the sum of a separately checked one-vehicle route to Skøyen station and a 22-minute / 1.4-km walk to the office. It is an approximate combined journey, not a single end-to-end itinerary. Initial walking is included in the first segment.

Rank balances office access, rent, size and lease dates, with western Oslo and the corridor through Asker preferred. Price is the advertised monthly rent, including stated mandatory rent additions where exposed, rather than an all-in household budget. Utilities and optional deposit insurance can cost extra. Shared-room ads, four or more bedrooms, unavailable/reserved ads and entries without usable addresses were excluded. No landlord has been contacted.
The search covered Oslo plus Asker and Bærum, with FINN move-in months November 2026–October 2027 selected; all retained listings start November 2026–January 2027. The detail-page dates take precedence over stale titles. “Not stated” means no lease duration was exposed. A published end date does not imply that early termination is allowed; many agency leases have an initial binding period.
Destination: Texas Instruments Norway, Hoffsveien 70C, 0377 Oslo, confirmed by TI and the Norwegian business register. Address markers are from Norway’s official address service. Directions use the verified office coordinates because address-only searches sometimes resolved incorrectly. Live listings and availability can change.
